It’s April which means that RADIO is 1 year old. As the first portion of the festivities, I’ve decided to give gifts rather than get them. From today, April 23rd until Tuesday April 27th, the kindle version of RADIO will be absolutely free.

It’s been one wild first year for RADIO. From the lows of launching during a pandemic to the highs of becoming an SPFBO semi-finalist, a whole lot has happened to and for my weird little book. The best aspect of this first year has been the overwhelmingly positive reaction from readers. It’s my sincere hope that this free promotion will help get RADIO into the hands of more readers who will love it just as much.

Be sure not to let your guard down after this free promotion is over. There may or may not be a tangible, physical … something happening in May to celebrate the one year anniversary of the launch of RADIO in paperback.

And maybe something else in June. Maybe.

If you’d like a way to show your support for RADIO and myself, honest reviews on any platform you choose are always appreciated, as are follows on Twitter or Instagram. You could also check out my new podcast The Indie Pub available on most podcast platforms as well as YouTube. It has its own Twitter and would love some new followers too.

Stay tuned for more book birthday shenanigans and thanks for all the support over this last year. Here’s to an excellent second year of publication

RADIO’s first publishing anniversary is coming up fast and with it comes some new, exciting opportunities for reading. The first I’d like to share with you is that RADIO is now available on Kindle Unlimited.

For those who subscribe to the service and have been tempted to give RADIO a go, now is a great time. For those who are unaware of Kindle Unlimited, it’s a monthly service that offers over one million selected books, audio books, magazines, and more.

For those who aren’t Kindle Unlimited subscribers and don’t plan to join, don’t worry. You can still purchase the kindle book as well as the paperback from Amazon as well as paperbacks from other outlets such as Barnes & Nobel, Book Depository, Powell’s City of Books, and more.

Thanks to those who have supported my writing during this past year and I’m excited to see what year two will bring.

January is here and that means TBRcon21 is on its way. TBRcon21 is a free, streaming Speculative Fiction convention hosted by FanfiAddict with over 85 authors involved on 15 panels. It’s going to be streamed on YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook.

As stated above the convention is free but you are encouraged to check out the following charities and consider a donation instead of buying a ticket.

Attending conventions in person has obviously been impossible this year and with no real end in sight, TBRcon21 is the perfect opportunity to participate without turning us all into a ship full of plague rats. Instead, sit back, enjoy, and participate at a distance.

TBRcon21 spans six days with two to four panels and events per day. I’ll be a part of the author panel titled World-Building and Your Place with fellow authors Angela Boord, Brian D. Anderson, Angus Watson, Dale Lucas, and Travis M. Riddle. It takes place on January 25th at 5:00pm EST/4:00 CST or for me and those of us in Euhrope, 11:00PM CET. I can’t wait to take part and hope you’ll join us.

For the full schedule click here and stay up to date by following FanfiAddict on Twitter or heading over the TBRcon21 page on their site.
